Residential landscaping of a Baufritz new build

Our brief was to provide alterations where needed, to an existing design that was submitted with the planning application for this new build. Time was of the essence with this project as our clients were ready to move into the property. We worked alongside house build experts Baufritz and Eclipse Construction.

From the automated front entrance gates through to the planting schemes throughout we were given free rein to really deliver our vision for this property. Porcelain tiles were laid on adjustable plastic pedestals. Composite millboard decking was installed on a composite frame that sat on similar adjustable pedestals which enabled water to run off to meet regulations. An automated irrigation system and robotic lawnmower were delivered as part of the project to keep the grounds looking perfect along with the help of our ongoing maintenance team visits. The irrigation is also installed up to the rooftops where some planters are not easily accessed from within the house.
